You will need windows 7 start orb changer from here [link]

dont worry it will always make a back up of your explorer.exe before you change it,then you can bring it back to default,

PS, just download the image then use photoshop or paint maybe then save it as BMP (in photoshop choose 32 bit its much clearer) remember SAVE AS! dont just change the extension from ,jpg to .bmp or it wont work!

EDIT: ive added the zip file containing the bmp, for you guys ,so you wont convert it any more
